Sabra in a New Light

Light to the World: The Cactus and the Olive Tree

The name Sabra in a new light for New Earth.

The Cactus and the Olive Tree are always and forever together!

These two are the symbols of what is known as the ‘Holy Land”.

The cactus represents me or more precisely the other way around nominally and symbolically of my odyssey.

I am a true Sabra ! Sabra is my family name.

Sabra is the flower of the cactus. In Hebrew the word ‘sabar” means cactus. In Arabic the word ‘sabr’ meaning patience is the origin of ‘sobar’, the name for the cactus due to its patience and strength to persevere and survive in the desert.

Sabra became a nickname and a symbol for the survivors of the Israelites who were forced by the Pharoah to leave Egypt and those who were later on born in Palestine before 1948.

I am a Lebanese Sabra raised in a muslim family but this family name exists also in Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, and Syria. The Sabras are muslims, christians, and jews.

Unfortunately, the name Sabra is known in history through the “Sabra and Shatila massacre”.  This massacre, like the Holocaust, is one of the darkest and most sad memories in the history of humanity, and yet we are witnessing one as I write these words. A massacre that took place in Beirut after Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 where Israelis slaughtered thousands of Palestinian and Lebanese civilians in the refugee camp area which was named ‘Sabra and Shatila’ after the family names of the land owners where the camp was established.

On one note of the Holocaust, I would like to mention that I have visited the sites in Auschwitz-Brikeneau camps, twice. A horrific part of our history that cannot be easily healed but I tried to process it all and transmute it for our New Earth.

If you are still reading this far, then I have a surprise for you at the end of this story. I am changing this dark history today and bringing only light and peace to my name and the world.

Peace is always represented by an olive branch for two reasons: first, the sacred “Olive Tree” is one of the first miracles of Athena, the goddess of wisdom (Sophia) in Greek mythology.

This sacred tree is a gift to the people of Earth to follow the light. It symbolizes peace, friendship, compassion, and reconciliation.

Second, like it meant for Noah, this sacred tree ushers the new beginning for humanity; for all mankind reconciled with themselves recognizing their divinity and their oneness.

Today, as I deeply connect with this olive tree that roots back to the land that is rising from its darkness; Rising from the rubble to start anew, rebuild with love, and live with truth only.

It is my Tree of Light.

I brought it home, only to find out, and it is no coincidence, that today is the celebration of Hanukkah in the Jewish religion. Hanukkah means dedication or more precisely a re-dedication to the holy temple.

On this occasion, I dedicate it to every Jewish person holding the light of truth, love, and compassion in his heart and like Yeshua did in Judah, may you dedicate yourself to the holy temple.

I pray that all the suffering and the bloodshed to end at once.

I pray that the souls lost in this final war, rejoice in their higher realms as they fulfilled their missions.

I pray for every aching heart from this unbearable pain to open to the light.

I pray that every heart that lost its way from the light to awaken and find it back at its free will.

I pray that those who cannot see this New Earth in its new reality, to leave it and to never come back. It is not your home anymore.

May this tree on this special occasion bring compassion to be human, light to awaken and see the path back to our divine source, and most importantly the strength to forgive ourselves and others so we can all live in peace.

I write today as the unity of the trinity of these three religions so we rise in their oneness.

I AM the strongest link.

Like the Shekinah, may my words bring you love and peace as balms to soothe your wounds, prayers to light your hearts, and pure consciousness to bless your souls.

May you remember my name from now on with “Sabra in light" only!
